I have worked with Marina at Profile Coaching Ltd as a student, through my Extended DISC certification, and collaborated with her as a coach in the areas of leadership and emotional intelligence. Marina is an incredibly experienced coach whom I have learned a lot from. She is knowledgeable, generous with her time and motivated to get results for her clients. I would not hesitate in recommending her as a corporate trainer and coach for teams right through to coaching and career profiling for youth.

I went through Extended DiSC practitioner training with Marina's support. Throughout she was patient and took care to explain things as many times as necessary! As a trainer she made me feel confident in my ability to use my new skills without her holding my hand, which I think is the optimal outcome of any training. Recommend.

My business partner and I (also my husband) got help from Marina at Profile Coaching to better understand our working styles to learn about what activities energise us and what activities take a bit more effort.We completed Extended DISC profiles and were then assessed individually and together by business coach Marina, who explained the reports to us very clearly and concisely. The process was easy, non-judgemental and was really illuminating. We know can see how we can ask for help with tasks that don't come so easily and also where we can step in to take the lead in other areas.It's helped grow our understanding and has ironed out a few niggles.
