Laser Clinics New Zealand - Queensgate

I agree with what some of these other customers have said, it's a mixed bag. I've been going for months now for the laser hair removal and they go so fast and I just feel like it's not a thorough job. Some of the staff do a good job but unfortunately it's an either/or situation. It's also a nightmare to get in contact with the clinic unless you go in. If you leave a message, no one gets back to you and if you need to reschedule, it gets booked for you but no one tells you when it is until you get the text the day before.

They are short of staff and keep cancelling the appointments, after a long wait got my first laser appointment for Chin and upper lip and when I sat in the room they cancelled the appointment again.Asked for refund they said as per contract signed it's not possible, very bad customer service

Just had my appointment cancelled again on the day for the third time. I got a call and was told the therapist had to go home due to a family emergency, but I find it interesting that other past two calls I got were for the same reason… I spoke to this person and she then explained that they were short staffed and the only person that could do it was herself and she was unable to do so today (so it wasn’t a family emergency hah) I get they may be short staffed and illnesses happen, but this has occurred three times now and I see some of the reviews below are stating the same thing. I suggest maybe management/owner help their staff out so they’re not drowning and us as customers don’t have to keep rebooking and changing our schedules because you aren’t able to handle your own bookings? I will try to call again to get my money back but I know that won’t happen. I won’t be booking at this clinic and will be sure to let others know as well. So unless you’re a regular customer and well acquainted with the workers there I suggest going elsewhere.

Update to this review:Someone from Laser Clinic Queensgate tried to call me but their phone reception was so bad that all I was able to figure out from the conversation was that they are from Laser Clinic Queensgate.I tried to reach out by calling back several time on different days for a week but no one answered any of the calls at all. They did not try to call me back again which made me assume that they were not being genuine and their response below is just for the purpose of marketing. -- Prove me wrong.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I have visited couple of times and it's a mixed bag. Service wise, they are polite but always in a hurry. With the laser treatment, it is not as effective as I thought it would be (this is where the mixed bag comes in). I had treatments where the staff just ran the laser couple of times over my skin - it felt like they don't like what they are doing and just want to be done with it, and some staff seems like they want the best results for the clients by making sure they have done the treatment right and reviewing their work. Unfortunately, I had more encounters with the first kind.

I’ve just completed my treatment with Jermaine and I dont usually leave reviews unless I really like the service. I asked where I could leave a nice comment. I only like booking with her as she is just so lovely and kind. She ensures you are comfortable and does a very thorough job. She is so busy but always has a smile and takes the time to genuinely talk with you as you undergo treatment. Hope the team appreciate how valuable she is. Cheers

Had my treatment today with the lovely Jermaine. She's really helped me figure out the best treatments for me. She took her time to explain my treatment plan and is always so polite and kind. Would recommend her to everyone. Thanks for the amazing service, I would never go anywhere else.

Jermaine from laser clinic queensgate is amazing at her job. I’ve been getting micro-needling from her for a few months now and my skin is starting to look and feel great. She makes me feel comfortable during the sessions and really targets my areas of concern. Her service is amazing and one of the many reasons I always look forward to my sessions with her.

I came in a few days ago and was greeted by a lovely lady Jermaine, from the moment she greeted me till the end of my treatment she was very professional and very knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable. Very easy to talk to and had a great banter would highly recommend this clinic and jermaine as a therapist you will be in great hands .

I make appointments that fit around family and work only to be cancelled nine out of ten times. The reason: not enough staff.This time I had enough and asked to talk with a manager, I was advised I would get a callback, to date there has not been a word.Treatments have been patchy at times as I think they are running behind most days. Could be why the staff turnover appears high in this branch.I have emailed with no response. Consistency and customer care is not there at this branch. Not sure what others are like.Still waiting on a response to both emails I have sent or a call from a manager.
