I had a small job (two pieces of furniture) to a small, remote location, and Conroy Removals were the only company willing to take it on. Very grateful for their efforts. It wasn't a fast process, and there were some delays in communication to start with, but they got the job done, and furniture arrived in great condition. Special shout outs to Kay and Danyelle in the head office, Gary in the Nelson office, and Duncan the driver who singlehandedly got the furniture inside here.

Great service all the way!! From booking online 3 days before the move, to the confirmation phone call the day before, and then the awesome hardworking guys PIC and ROHAN who made our move seemless! Nice and quick but with good care taken of our things. Thank you so much guys.

Very good and easy communication to start with.Badly let down by the dispatch person in Napier.We had asked to be kept informed as we were the ones paying for the removal and had booked it.We had to ring on the day to find out when removal being picked up and the dispatch person not organised and r very offhand.The person from whom the goods were being picked up from also had to ring after being told pick up between 12-1.In the end nearly 2 1/2 hrs later.We also rang again and off hand response.Appreciate not always easy to sort exact time but perhaps a specific person could be delegated to make phone calls.We were very happy with our delivery person- just the very poor communication not good.

Very happy with the service today guys communication from the boss/manager was great. Young guys were so polite efficient at the late in the day move in for us before the long weekend. Sent 2 extra guys to get it done. We had a few hick ups with a few things but they were very apologetic and polite and great guys. Big shout out to one of the young guys wearing the hat. Such a helpfull and polite young guy. Please let me know his name so he can get the feed back. Very very hardworker and so obliging and friendly. He will go a long way with his attitude and work ethic. But all of the guys were great, especially having to work after hrs before a long weekend. Well done guys. Highly recommend from the start of the process to the finish. Thank you.

Jay and Mike moved my houseload of furniture this past week and they were both no less than brilliant and kind. They were spot on time, were very careful with all of my furnitue and worked very hard. Highly recommended

It's a shame to see what was once a family business with values and a culture that appreciated customers and respected their furniture has lost all. Previously, i would have suggested them every time to anyone who needed a removal company.But now I will never use them again or recommend them. To many things damaged to mention but the main problem was the process in getting quotes etc to repair scratched furniture, fix sculptures had to be undertaken by us and no compensation. We were just treated as a number and not cared for, no official apology, no letter of process rectified, just the least amount of money put in the account to shut you up and move onto the next one.

A Company where management don't seem to care about the customer at all, prepare to have your furniture broken, boxes or items lost, your integrity questioned and be left unpaid for your broken and lost items. And don't for a second think you can refer to the CEO as she couldn't care less.
