The Best Team of Tradesmen I have ever worked with. Right from the first phone call. Chris, was patient, paused whenever I had a question and answered clearly. Very responsive to any questions. The system he designed was so simple and so much better than any of the other quotes I had had. The team that did the install were polite, calm and skilled... and tidy!. They even came back to help me with a few questions I had the next day. 100% recommend going with Airficient. I will be recommending them to my friends.

Chris and his team are fantastic, highly recommend them. I asked a few other companies for a quote for replacing our ducted heating system and everyone was just shaking their head and telling me how difficult and expensive the job would be. For Chris this did not seem to be a challenge at all. They sheduled the job right away and replaced 2 ducted systems in our house within a few days. Chris has also helped me find someone to fix other things around the house. A++ for everything! We will use Airficient in the future for all our heatpump/AC needs.

Friendly and helpful staff who worked quietly and efficiently around us. My only feedback would be to advise in advance that a hose is needed - we had a lock on ours and if we knew we needed it in advance, we could have organise for it to be unlocked.
