I was a tenant of Mana property management for the last two years and it gives me great pleasure to share my experience. I've been renting for 13 years and during which time I have always had mostly good and professional experiences. Mana property has by a mile exceeded any of my prior experiences particularly for the quality care and effort they have put into forming a partnership of mutual understanding.Mana property have always been excellent in their responses to my queries and have been very accomodating to any requests Ive had to make. I've had a beautiful stay at this address and partly due to the knowing that I am supported and prioritised as a tenant. As an overseas investor, it is essential to ensure I have strong local representation, implicit trust and exceptional service.I cannot speak more highly of Mana Property Management as an entity, who has not only catered for my property needs from an owner's perspecitve, but they also ensure tenants are enjoying suitably maintained premises and treated with the upmost respect.The team at Mana continue to consistently go above and beyond my expectations and I recommend them unequivocally.

Mana property management, was the only property management company in Dunedin that I could find that held viewings out of normal business hours, when you work normal hours looking for a new rental can be very tough, Mana made it really easy.Beyond that, I was impressed with their thoroughness of their references checks (all of mine contacted me and told me so) and their no-nonsense approach, all the paperwork was quickly processed and I was in my new rental inside of a week. (To which I was met at the property by the property manager to walk me though (first time in 15 years of renting) who walked me though the property, any issues or concerns or features were pointed out and explained.--Update end of tenancy--After 1 year, I relocated to Christchurch, Mana have been very difficult to deal with on Exit, Firstly I left the property 2 months before the end of my tenancy (pre-paid all the remaining rent etc) Mana did not re-list the property for rent during this period just left it empty, made no attempt to find another tenant, the property manager response they forgot" and "too busy" I had a gardener and a professional cleaner tend to the property during this period as I am responsible for the upkeep during the lease period

Mana have been our property manager in Dunedin for over 3 years. We live in Auckland and ever since we started investing in Dunedin we have received excellent service. And since the ownership change a year or so ago, things have got better. We have peace of mind that our tenants and our property are being looked after and that if any problems arise they will be dealt with quickly and efficiently, at a reasonable cost and with appropriate consultation with us as landlords. We use property managers in other parts of NZ and overseas and I would rank Mana as one of our best.

I've rented for quite a few years, but my current property is the only one that has been managed by a property management company.The staff at Mana have been terrific to deal with. I've had a couple of random maintenance issues that occurred in the last 12 months, and they've always provided quick support, including once incident that happened at about 9:00pm on a Sunday evening. The staff are always helpful and polite when I've had to get in touch with them.There has been a rent increase each year, but that's pretty standard. Overall, i'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a flat.

The team at Mana Management have been a godsend for my investing in Dunedin.They helped me buy, renovate, and manage a block of flats- all completely sight unseen. It has been the easiest, and most lucrative, experience in my investing career.There is no way I could manage the property without the help of the Mana team, they have made it so smooth.

We now live in Brisbane, Australia.It is a lovely house, but in need of renovation before being advertised for rental.Mana Property Management were contracted to carry out the renovations and find suitable tenants.Having bought and renovated many properties, I knew what was required, but it was impractical to do it myself.We cannot speak highly enough of Mana Property Management.They consulted with us on every aspect of the renovation including detailed quotes and colour choices.Ongoing repairs to the property have also been efficiently carried out, always with quotes and options.Communication is of the highest level.Together with an excellent tenancy rate, they have done a great job.We have not had to visit Dunedin once since 2010 as the property is cared for as if we were there.We would recommend Mana Property Management to anyone.Thanks Tania, Kyle, Matt and the Team.

Looking for a new home and going through the whole tenancy process is very stressful, and I found Mana Property Management made it just a little bit easier with their empathetic approach. They were friendly and communicative through the whole process (actually getting back to us!) and they made us feel really welcome at the check in at our property. Dealing with Mana Property Management, specifically Property Manager Whitney has been an absolute pleasure. From the viewing, to signing up, timely notifications for inspections, Whitney has been a great Manager. Not only do we receive an immediate response, but any maintenance required has always been very efficient and professional at all times.It is unfortunate a new property management agency will be taking over our lease.
