Sales service was okay but as far as delivery, promised multiple times and never showed, final day they promised was xmas eve, still a no show, we contacted delivery dept. which was followed up with lies saying they had called multiple times to make the delivery but no call were received or even missed

I have been waiting almost 6 months to receive a desk I purchased earlier this year.They have never once contacted me proactively to tell me that there is a delay. I have always had to contact them for an update (which is difficult at best)At one stage they told me it was ready to collect, and wasn't there at all once we had driven to Hamilton to pick it up.This is the worst service I have ever experienced, and highly recommend against purchasing from this store.

Disappointed with the online service, ordered a rug and paid for it, only to have it refunded and not delivered, no call or message or email to say why it had been refunded. Was only after I rang to see where it was that I was told that it had been refunded and there were no more of that style left. I bought it a during sale but the refund came back after the sale and now rugs are not on sale. This is the second time this has happened this year!! Pretty poor online customer service.

Not good enough. Atrocious delievery experience. Ordered an armchair was in stock at the store. They do not allow us to collect it, they said they'd organise delievery. They didn't tell us when they'll deliver it.By the time they want to deliver it 3 weeks later we needed to change delivery address, after changing address, they informed me they will call before to deliver to new address. On delivery date, we call them and they say they'll deliver to the old address.All this garbage experience could have been fixed if they just let us collect the piece of in stock furniture like any sane retailer.

From the initial visit in store to the delivery I have received what I consider to be first class service from the team at Freedom Hamilton. The ordering process was clearly explained, including the overseas manufacture. I can honestly say this is one of the very best purchasing experiences I have ever had. Delivery date was actually reduced by a couple of weeks (even though it occurred over Christmas) Service was under promised and over delivered, exactly what you want from a supplier.

Amazing service from Jannah on the weekend. She was very informative and genuine. She took note of everything we wanted in a new couch and gently guided us through the process.Looking forward to our gorgeous couch arriving. Will definitely be back.

I did an online order for household decor items and 1 item came from Christchurch whilst the other item didn't show up. I emailed the customer service twice with no response and ended up phoning them. They gave me the Hamilton store phone number and told me to call them myself as the second order was coming from them. I found out they didn't have the item in stock and it would have to go back into the computer system to find another store who might have it. I asked for a refund. Was told I would get a refund in up to 2 weeks! Thankfully it came through in 3 days time. Freedom really needs to get its online products if sold out

Ordered a mirror online and it has been almost 2 months. They say they don’t have stock and are getting it into their distribution hub…my frustration is that if you don’t have the stock then mention it on your bloody website!!!
