This ATM is terrible.Its eaten my card, and twice said I can't withdraw because ive reached my daily limit (far from it). Although Im not a BNZ customer, so maybe I cant talk..

Located in Link Drive, this is one of many BNZ branches nationwide. I visited here with my Grandfather just to settle his debit card and netcode account. I was invited inside by staff and had a pleasant experience. The staff were knowledgeable and very professional of their job, even my old Grandfather did not have trouble listening to the instructions. There is a modest amount of parking. I would recommend.

Great customer service, I was served by a lady name Celeste she was really helpful and lovely. I've never left a review before but wanted her to know this. Small things like this can make someones day. :)

The teller told me that I could not deposit cash with her any longer and pointed me at an ATM. It didn't seem to offer a deposit option so I just walked out. Now I need to find an alternative full service bank that I can deposit cash into.

This entire bank only ever has one person on duty who actually deals with cash. In a bank. Whose business is entirely about cash.
