A bit pricey but the ice cream and mocha is good

Great coffee. Can get a bit busy

My son needs breakfast, and I need coffee before we go through security on our way out of Queenstown. There appears to be a couple of good options at the airport, and son chooses Patagonia due to their appealing sounding Breakfast Waffle offering. We are not kept waiting long before the food and coffee arrive. Son tucks into his, and wolfs it down, and I enjoy my cappuccino. The waffles are thick and substantial, the bacon well cooked, and is served with only one fried egg ( I think 2 would be nice), and the syrup is a little bit light on the quantity too. Otherwise, we are happy all round, and ready to fly with something in our tummies. Depending on what time of day you are passing through the airport, there are pizzas, gelato, chocolates, and other savouries available too. A variety of seating options allow for larger groups and families, as well as singles and couples.

Pros:1. Staff is very polite2. Probably the best place in the airportCons:1. Ice creams and sorbets aren't as good as their other outlet in the town2. Very limited menu optionsI had ordered a scop of Blueberry Yogurt and a scoop of their famous Boysenberry Strawberry and Apple Sorbet. The Yogurt wasn't that good

Such a superb experience trying out different ice pops dipped in chocolate and various toppings. Great price for the high quality.And despite them being understaffed with long lines, everybody was very friendly and quick in service.

Ice coffee was good but rude fat lady was disgusting. Worst place ever in my queenstown journey.

the airport shop was closed before 3 PM , lots of customers and no one there , get your act together , no excuses you have a shop at the airport with a captured market so either open it or shut the shop and let another business in

Ice cream was yummy. Friendly staff . The price acceptable in Queenstown. Special in airport . Nice seating
