Hard to deposit money into the smart atm when the f’ing doors won’t open. I’ve had nothing but trouble with westpac the past two years and this is going to be the last small thing that makes me swap banks.

I just went there and tried to deposit money.The lady couldn't figure out how to use the scales to weight the notes (wasn't many notes) clearly she is to reliant on technology. If you can't count 20s and 50s to 1400 you shouldn't be in a bank. She then got me to wait for a different staff member and then she left.I have been with Westpac most of my life and they were great but that's twice now I've had very basic issues with the Albany branch which is making me look at other banks now.VERY disappointed.

went in at the weekend to use their new ‘24/7 smart ATM’ yet it stole my money. I then went in and had to wait 20 minutes to get my money back in what i thought was a quick deposit. i then went up and asked if i could deposit through them, the unhelpful lady told me that ‘they don’t deposit in weekends’. Pretty useless branch/staff if you ask me.

Popped in to withdraw Euros today and we had outstanding service with Jackson! Very friendly and funny and lifted our mood on a stressful morning. Can’t recommend him enough!!

I'm just going to open a new bank account. The result was interrogated along while, because I am no income of the housewife has been persuaded me not to open an account! Are you guys discriminating? Finally, a staff member told me that I could not open an account for you today. Please make an appointment and come back two days later. Speechless!

We went to ASB Albany first to open an account today, but the staff there were just too busy to attend us. After waiting for a while, we decided to go to Westpac Albany. The minute we entered there, we felt the friendly atmosphere. One of the tellers ushered us to Christina Mitchell. Christina makes the whole process an enjoyment for us. She is attentive, professional and patient. We highly recommend Christina to anyone who needs the service at Westpac.

The whole team is there to help! I was there making term investment deposits and they’re friendly, competent, and given the ability to help. Lena Wang is professional, kind, and local. Everyone there is so welcoming and they really make you feel like an important person. After setting up an depost account Lena also introducd me with other investment options which is super helpful.They have gone above and beyond this week to make sure banking with westpac is easy and hassle-free and this is consistent with how we’ve always been treated by everyone at this branch.
