Postponed an event after the start time, once we were already in line for the event. Won’t reply to my emails regarding a refund which was promised, can’t contact via phone as they have disabled it. Highly recommend not using these guys, just have a read through of their reviews.

Just rubbish. Fine if all goes to plan. But if anything needs changing - they cannot accommodate your request. TERRIBLE customer service.

I had some issues with tickets so went to the ticketek office where they were happy and efficient to help me i walk out within 30 minutes happy

If I could put a zero I would! Can't get through.... to anyone about selling my tickets even thought they said I can't use their reselling platform on Ticketek Marketplace as it's down so I sold on Trade me as advised not I can't get through to ANYONE to transfer the tickets over!

I have spent a combined 4 hours waiting on the phone trying to get through to someone and sent 6 emails without any response. It has been almost 2 months since I was due my refund and it’s almost like they are actively avoiding me. Easily the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had and still ongoing.

Literally a scam company. Been trying to get a refund (event postponed and couldn't make it for the new date) for 5 months now and they continue to ignore my emails.I don't understand how a company like this is allowed to operate.I will never make the mistake of purchasing through Ticketet again.0 stars.

If they experience high call volumes (meaning they have many issues) they do not allow calls to be on hold. They simply didn’t let our calls patch through, which when your tickets have failed to come through for a concert the next day is pretty scary. Their email service provides no comfort either.

Their phone lines are never open at weekend even though the website says they are open. When you call during the week n one answers. Went to the Michael Fowler Ticketek box and the consultant was clueless. There is no where you can speak to someone about ticketing issues. Once upon a time there were helpful people there. This workplace has really gone downhill!!!

Avoid using them. If a show is cancelled they do not refund when they say they do. 100% scam artists. Can't believe they get away with holding onto people's $$ to pay their bills or earn interest and play the aw we are working on it card. They don't pick up their phone or answer emails or DMs. No option for 0 stars

Worst customer service ever. Tried to call them to ask about venue information, not possible to do. Emailed, no response. Contacted managers, some nice promises, but not followed up.Absolutely worst company I've ever dealt with in New Zealand.Ticketek Marketplace is still not live, so there's no way to legally buy/sell tickets from others.
