Customer service was just rude. Ordered a mocha and flatwhite. Lady had no idea what i was saying.Ridiculous service. Coffee wasnt even good.Disgusted by the service.

They don't take web order. I don't know why. I asked them to take the order but they say nobody use it...are you serious?I don't want even give them 1star..

Web app only works 10% of the time, why is it being turned off?… only store iv come across that has it turned off a lot..? Is this staff controlled?
