Enviro NZ Wiri Transfer Station

Not friendly people. I will never use this place again. Staff are extremely rude especially the ones in the dumpster. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. The weighing of rubbish should be displayed upon entry and upon exit otherwise it's a complete cheat.There's that Philippino looking fella I would fire his ars. Was extremely rude as if he owns the transfer station. Will never go there ever.

Called before visiting and very friendly on the phone, just as good in person. Helpful staff and fairly cheap - $48 for a trailer load of green waste.

I droped a dud fridge and instead of paying per item I was charged twice as much by kg. Gate house looked and spoke like they would rather have been somewhere else. Sorry, last visit.

They are open, just go. The staff there are lovely.Must have called the wrong number that last review.Would have been 5 stars if it was cheaper and there were people to help though :-) I managed ok

Good operation. The lady (Jen) working at the kiosk is lovely. Just being closed in shoes (no jandles etc). $168 per tonne for general waste so a large trailer full of building materials cost me $120

After making an initial phone call answered by a very rude woman we went into the wiri transfer station. She asked me if I had shoes on and my response was No I have on scuffs. She rudely told me that I can't dump rubbish in my scuffs and it's just common sense to wear shoes. My response was I don't deal with rubbish everyday and you failed to inform me on the phone that I needed to wear covered shoes.To top it off it cost me $72.10 and I paid $40 cash and she tired to charge me $37.50 on efpos. Really!In summary! You need someone with GOOD customer service & and knows basic maths.I will not be using this service again.Kindest Regards. Unhappy Customer""

The best transfer station in the area for sure. Nice big tipping sheds and polite, helpful staff. Big focus on health and safety here. Expensive though.

Envirowaste, good bunch of fullas working here. Very helpful.
