Got told it would be ready Tuesday.Couldnt make Tuesday so told him I would get it Wednesday.Kiosk empty. Left a message. No contact number.Now concerned about even getting a reply or my phone back.Guess I will need to keep coming back.

Was told 2 days to fix a charging port, 10 days later still no phone, promised the next day when I turn up get told phone had been stolen the night before and he would replace with new, I returned less than half hour later and ask to view CCTV footage of it getting stolen and he miraculously pulls my phone out and says some lady found it outside. The phone which had apparently been sent to get fixed in Auckland is still not charging. Poor communication, I believe lying and very poor service. Won't be returning.

Had iPad serviced here today , not working for 2plus yrs, concerned about losing everything but so so grateful that it's been restored to original state...... thanks... will recommend to anyone, also very inexpensive charges.

Have waited well over a month for a screen that i was told would take 2-3 weeks to sort, shop owner doesnt show up on the day i said it would be in, loses information repeatedly and doesnt communcate after promising to, seems they will say anything you want to hear regardless of outcome. If you value your money spend it elsewhere
