If you enjoy companies that show no ownership of their faults, do not follow the consumer guarantee act, and have no issues botching up individuals hair then this is the place for you !. What was meant to be a $129 hair colour ended up costing $600 in repairs. The colour was patchy and left my partners scalp burnt and jeopardised his work opportunities. I didn't not ask for the repairs to be reimbursed but just their services however, they refused and ignore all communication. Scamming me of my money and putting me out of pocket during this rough year. Would not recommend whatsoever. Companies need to take accountability for bad services. I hope this never happens to anyone else !!!!! be careful NORTHWEST BRANCH AND HEAD OFFICE!!!!

Once again Pauline did her magic with my hair. I didn’t mind going to Newmarket shop just to have my hair done by Pauline. Lovely hairdresser with excellent skills. I am definitely coming back :-)

kept touching me and my hair without permission, and did it again after being told to stop. Was just trying to buy some hair dye and needed an employee to open the cabinet yet got groped by some random salesperson instead

Amazing service from Faith as I entered the salon. She was super helpful and friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I then met Suresh who did an amazing job on my hair! He fixed the bad haircut I had and set my hair with beautiful curls. Highly recommend Synergy Hair at St Luke's because of these two amazing people!

Arrived 15 mins before close on a Friday evening not expecting to be able to get cut. But the lovely lady sat me down and then set about fixing my shambolic hair. I had allowed my nephew loose with some clippers as he had been doing a course and assured me he had this all under control. The lovely lady quickly blended the roughness and had me sorted in 15 min. Thank you I'll certainly be back.

I asked for some help and they did contact me to help me with my hair to do something new and nicer.They done an amazing job my hair look so much better ! Even more shine !!Was exactly what I wanted and also was great to relax :)They were really nice to me and so helpful.I am so happy with my balayage.Gracias!!

I was super excited to get an hair cut after the lockdown and got an appointment a week in advance for 8pm slot. It started with they making me wait for 26mins and after 26mins (8:26pm)of wait they said I will get an ‘express cut’ and no hair wash or blow dry! When I asked why - they said I booked for an ‘express cut’?! Which was a lie cause all they asked was my contact details and booked me for an appointment like always ..the lady in the salon lacked basic courtesy and demonstrated very poor customer-service as she kept on saying that it was my mistake and she wasn’t ready to take responsibility for the mistake they made at their end. I had to walk out cause they were not ready to offer me the service that I wanted and wasted my valuable time. It’s such a shame in the current scheme of things as they have lost not just a customer but my respect too..

I was grateful to get a haircut so close to the New Year. I was seen an hour after calling up. Kate made me feel comfortable and did a wonderful job. The style and cut was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back
