Every person in the restaurant was waiting 30+ minutes for their order. It was not busy at all maybe 6 people. Looked like everyone behind the counter was in slow motion, manager on duty couldn’t even solve any problems, they had to ask the rest of the staff. I didn’t get a spoon or my drink. I had to wait again to ask for my Fanta. Got a small plain popcorn chicken despite ordering a regular spicy popcorn chicken. My bbq slider was wrong. Not work $32 that’s for sure

There was no 0 star so I just gave a 1 star this was the worst experience I’ve had at kfc lynfield it is not the first time I’ve went and spent more than $50 and today I explained to them that my order wasn’t complete last time I went there I live far away so I couldn’t be bothered to go back. I tried multiple times ringing them but no one answered the phone, when I explained it to them today the manager was arguing me and not accepting my complaint and the manager did not care but eventually she gave me my missing order from last time and she gave me a 2-3 days old chicken, it was cold and hard. It tasted like it was microwaved.I don’t recommend anyone going here

Really nice staff. Unfortunately the chicken wasn't the best but it may be the time I went. It was really quiet, so I think it was time to chuck the chicken, not serve it, and do a fresh batch? I have had good chicken there before, but it had been a while since I had been back. But the staff are really lovely.

Thought id give this place a 5 star review because they served me a zinger stacker burger which i gobbled down in a fashion that my grandmother would have thought little of. The chips today were also excellent, not burnt and seasoned.

No one on the counter when I arrived, a staff member sitting at a table on his break had to go and get someone to serve me. Also, I couldn't find a clean table to eat my food. Used my bag as a table cloth. The staff also had visitors, making a lot of noise. Certainly, I won't be going there again in a hurry.

Just ordered burger for my kid. Big Snack Burger with no lettuce and no mayo. Ordered via drive through. They missed cheese in the burger. Went back again, but my kid started crying so gave him to eat. And told the staff that its missing the cheese. They asked for burger back, so i gave it back even though my son doesnt wants to give it back because he is hungry and he is just 3 years old. The lady at drive through window was nice and checked burger that its missing cheese. I think she asked her manager that its missing the cheese and gave the burger back to my kid so that he can stop crying and said she will make another one with cheese. The manager doesnt even know their own menu and said it doesnt come with cheese, Then they try to charge me for cheese saying it doesnt come with cheese. I went to the kfc website and showed the burger image with cheese. Then the manager realised after seeing the image that it come's with cheese. Then she become rude and forcing the drive through lady to take the burger back. Its very stupid that the manager doesnt know their own menu and even after realising their mistake she become rude instead of apologistic about it. So dissapointing.

Very disappointing, I was served a burger with a significant amount of mould on it. However, the staff were very friendly, apologised, and quickly replaced it.

This was so bad from service to food. Chips piled up in warmer on top of chips in boxes. Staff didn't have a clue what they were doing. Not right ingredients in burgers, burnt charcoal bacon.EVERTHING WAS COLD. LITERALLY CAME HOME & REHEATED IN AIR-FRYER.Customers were returning food when we left.I work in Customer service, this would not be acceptable at my job.If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This is the worst experience of any drive thru I ever had in my life. Been made to wait 40mins in drive thru only to tell at the end that the item I order was not available cause “ the cook forgot to put the Pattie’s in the fryer”….which is the lamest excuse I’ve ever heard. Could have told the truth instead from the beginning. I got charged for two meals but ended up only getting one. This is so bad KFC lynfield.
