They ok. They got the job done. Took them ages. Was waiting from 9am till 11.30 and they couldn't fix my problem. Had to come bk the next day bt told I had ro pay extra. Wasn't happy. But at the end. Every thing worked out. The staff there are really friendly and understanding

Had a terrible experience here. Do not use this place for watch repairs! When they could not fix my watch they refused to refund my money. This goes against consumer rights and I will be taking it further. Totally unacceptable to take money and not provide the requested service, given how many people are struggling at the moment. Do not recommend.

Has to be the worst customer experience I have ever had,Went into the botany branch to get a garage door remote cloned. Charged me $100 for the first remote which didn’t work. Went back and got a second remote that they copied and also did not work. I went back for a 3rd time showed them photos and gave model number of garage unit. They said they have to order the remote in which took another week to arrive. Once I picked this remote up I paid another $20 and they guaranteed that this remote will work as it is for my garage unit. Surprise surprise it didn’t. After giving them 3 opportunities to try and help me. I asked for my money back as I no longer want to do business with them. I ended up buying a genuine remote from manufacture which worked straight away.The guy at the botany branch took my bank details and said the accounts department will be in contact regarding refund. Yet again nothing, so I called back. I was then told that I will not be receiving a refund EVEN THOUGH I GAVE THE REMOTE BACK TO THEM. So now they have my $120 and all 3 remotes. But yet still refusing a refund. UNBELIEVABLE.Do not use this company, absolutely shocking experience.

Told me it would take 30/45 minutes TWO HOURS TWENTY minutes later came back full of excuses that he could not do it, I went to main dealership for my car who replaced my car key CHEAPER and QUICKER. Be warned

I went to copy the remote control a couple of months ago here. It didnt work until I went back 4 times to fix it. They promised if it was not working, they would come to my house to have a look and fix it,which has a good impression on me. And they offered 10% discount for the next order for all customers. That was why I was willing to come here.Last week, I brought the remote control to make another copy for my flatmate. They tried to charge $60 more for the same remote this time.And the same situation happened maybe because the employee didnt know how to copy the remote control. I went twice to fix it on the same day. The employee asked me to call the boss if it was still not usable.Unluckily, I had to call and comunicated with the boss. He took it for granted and sounded like nothing was their mistake, not even at least free sorry for making customers come back again and again in the hot weather with the baby.Instead, he just yelled at me by saying you have a baby

Very bad experience, my fob key could not not be fixed by these people and they charged me a rip off $60-90 for something they couldn't fix. Wasted my money and then I had to go to another place which fixed my fob key in a few minutes. Save your money and go somewhere else.
