Worst company to use, took 6 weeks to get the mattress fixed and the lady who answers the phone is horrible. Worst service I've ever had. DONT USE THEM!!!

Flooded carpet in ensuite, wardrobe and bedroom . Insurance company called JAE who arrived within 40 mins . The boys from Tauranga Branch and the Office Girls were Fantastic . They took all the worries away and completed the job very much to our satisfaction . PETER & LESLEY STEVENSON

After sending an e-mail, I didn't hear from someone, so I went there and made a reservation. I made a reservation to clean the carpet and rug. They arrived exactly at the appointed time and cleaned very satisfactory.

Efficient, friendly, competent flood restoration service I've now had to use twice. Hopefully not another time, as being flooded is an awful experience. But Jae are good at what they do.
