I needed some documents witnessed, from the moment I entered the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was very busy and several others were ahead of me but you are taken on a numbering system so no dramas.IT'S FREE! What a great public service. Congratulations to all the staff.

The staff members are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable; and they love to talk and chat. However, they don't have detailed or in depth knowledge and only for general issue. Although, they will advise you where to go to find it. This is also the best place to find a Justice of the Peace (JP) to certify the copies of your documents.

The volunteers and JP were very patient and understanding signing covid 19 info and barcodes and address details were available.Customer service was commendable in mannerisms and speaking to versatile cultures.When I need a JP they go out of there way to give the best advice.Place is organised and has a friendly atmosphere with plenty of available pamphlets of additional information for all.Well done CAB team in St Lukes.

The jp pramod was very kind and helpful however one of the staff was just walked into the jp office and said that there is que and ordered the jp to hurry up,I felt it was a breach of privacy as I was discussing something about my documents with the jp.This particular staff was very rude as I was only there for less than 5 minutes and when I stepped out of the office there were only two people waiting.Thank you jp pramod for your help.

Got my documents certified in like 10 mins while waiting which was a very fast process. Its got a numbering process and it doesn't take long .Karen the receptionist was so helpful and friendly , guided everyone the time they entered the office.The J.P too was very friendly. This place is the best to go for if you need JP Services.
