Best customer service you can get!Jeremy went so far out of his way to source me a replacement hunting pack after I had an issue with one I had previously purchased. That kind of willingness to find a solution definitely sets a business apart from the competition.

Today, I bought a gun here. The assistant was very unfriendly. He brought me a display gun, which was covered with fingerprints and dust. There was deep abrasion at the barrel, but he always stressed to me that it was a new gun. I just bought a gun from the head office in Christchurch yesterday..The clerk took a new gun with a packing box out of the warehouse. When I asked him if he could change it for me, the clerk was very unhappy and scolded a rude remark. This is your work attitude?

I was in there today and I have to say that you've got good staff!The chap who served me was polite, respectful and thoroughly professional. He looked after me even though it was only a little sale ....all I bought was 2 tins of .177 pellets but I felt like a valued customer.... a very pleasant experience thank you.

The staff at Sockburn Gun city are great to deal with.Arrange freight with Jack to bring a rifle down from another Gun city store wasn't a problem was delivered in no time...recommend. cheers Jack.

Bewildered by the salesman's rudeness and arrogance. When talking to the manager i was told that they knew he was like that but he made the most sales! Issues with my suppressor were never resolved. Binned it and brought a gun works suppressor.

My husband loves hunting so i went to get him a gift for his birthday . My husband gave me a couple of ideas but it was great to talk to the helpful staff . They gave me many options and helped me looked for things on my price range. Overall this was a great experience in a store I generally never go to . Everyone was very friendly and service was great .

Went in today to purchase bolts for a crossbow, was sold the wrong bolts, the gentleman seemed quite knowledgeable as I am a novice and no questions were asked about model of crossbow.
