Quest Mount Eden

The hotel is good but the little things make a difference: fridge icebox so iced no space, rusty bin in bathroom, cooking utensils very limited, studio smaller than expected that is website misleading. Some shops within 300 metres but no restaurant facilities on site. It is alright for say a two day business visit but not great for our expected 14 days! Close to Mercy Hospital Mountain Road. Not to far to walk but up a steep hill. Not a Hotel I would select again but it will suit many with different circumstances

Fantastic apartments, very clean, modern and have everything you need for a short or long stay. The staff was nice and the building is in a quiet location, but still close to the city. We loved our stay and will deffinetley go back if we fly into Auckland again.

Great rooms, spacious with everything you need.Get in early for parking, it's a bit of a mission if you check in after hours.Enjoyed my stay.

Good place to stay in, small room but you have everything you need, I might stay again soon. Easy parking but need to call and confirm first if they have available. Helps of food options nearby.

we wanted a hotel close to Mt Eden and this was perfectly placed. a bit much for parking charges, yet overall very good.

Very comfortable, centrally located and cozy place. Exceeded our expectations. Had a complete kitchenette with all the cutleries we were delighted to see there was a washing machine, dryer and even a dishwasher. The alarm clock beside the bed doubled as a wireless charger which was very impressive. Overall a comfortable stay.Only cons were:1. The TV remote didn't have batteries. Didn't bother to get batteries from reception.2. Parking- booked through expedia so didn't know we had to reserve parking beforehand. There were some on street parking around the block however which cost only 50cents an hour from 8am to 6pm.

Close enough to the CBD but further enough away to not to listen to party goers.Service was great, my job is actually managing a 4 and half star hotel so i really mean it when i say this hotel well and truely exceeded expectations.I get the impression the cleaners aren't rushed because the rooms were impeccably clean. Again, as a hotel manager myself i know exactly where the cleaners cut corners and i couldnt see any evidence of that and trust me i looked.Also, ive stayed in the other quests which arent the best but they usually meet the requirements of a bed for the night but the Quest Mt Eden? I could probably switch it into the category where the hotel is more of a draw card. It was definitely more than a 'bed for the night'.Would definitely recommend booking Mt Eden Quests and i'll be back!

Quest is an international hotel brand and it's a serviced apartment. Quest Mount Eden is quite a newly serviced apartment, and they provided two room types: Studio and One bedroom. In addition, they provided a covered car park and EV charging space.

Great housekeepers, lovely staff and are always there when you need them. Rooms are very tidy, great stock of sugar, coffee, etc. Although I do think there needs to be some more Shampoo, Conditioner, etc because mine weren't refilled much. Amazing place.

Very friendly and supportive staffs. Fully recommend others to book the hotel, very easy and convenient on most ways.
