Disappointed, walked in today, lady at counter looked so unhappy, I wanted something in particular but she appeared extremely unapproachable especially with the hood of her sweater pulled over her head .. so felt the need to just walk back out, probably won't be back to this particular store sorry

9.50am on Tuesday and store still not open.Lost a few potential customers.Phone does not connect calls.Staff member was late, but to go inside the store, sit behind the counter onher phone, when customers were outside the door waiting. Not good service.
