Super impressed by how thorough the inspection was done! Over 40pages of reports for a 2 bedroom house, covers from floor to roof. Every single notch is reported. I had a great experience dealing with Andy to organize a building inspection for our first home. He was prompt, to the point and sorted the inspection very quickly. The report came through faster than anticipated given that we also had asbestos testing done as well. Second time I've used HABiT for a pre-purchase building inspection and I won't go anywhere else. Andy is great, both times I went from initial enquiry to having the report in my hand within two days. Inspection also reasonably priced. Nathan the inspector is very thorough, helpful, and more than willing to discuss any of the findings. Recommend HABiT to all.
