Brought and paid for an item and years later it still hasn't arrived. Made an email enquiry and received a reply stating I was lying even though I had receipts for the purchasePersonallywouldnt recommend.However i hope that they have changed for the better..

I've had a terrible experience with some water filters I purchased from here. They are clearly counterfeit goods, which if used can put my pets health at risk. When I reported an issue through PayPal (the payment provider I used) about the order I made, I provided all the evidence to show the goods I received were counterfeit. I was met with rude responses, victim blaming and a lack of care for the fact this could risk my pets health. My time is worth more than the petty arguments and back and forth messages that were going nowhere, so I gave up and closed my report. It was obvious that all the information I provided to them was being ignored, I was even asked to send photos I'd already sent to support my claim. I'm happy $40 doesn't really affect me and I can just order genuine filters directly from the supplier. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs and save yourself the headache because oh boy has this given me a headache.Edit: the owner of this business has just provided evidence in response to this review that they are willing to break the law by providing my personal details to a third party without my agreement. If that doesn't show you how unhinged this company is I don't know what will.

Cannot understand these negative reviews! Not my experience at all!!Purchased from Petworkz for the first time online last week. There was an issue with delivery so I chose to visit their place of business today to resolve the issue as I was visiting the area. Sue was amazing! Friendly, chatty and gave my partner and I some great advice on products.Absolutely fabulous dealings with Petworkz. Will work with them from now on for all my pet needs, instead of using over priced pet shops in Auckland.

Not sure about the validity of some feedback on here, as we have purchased lots over the past few years from Petworkz and have only ever had the most amazing friendly service from Angela and the other lovely ladies there. Always helpful and every Christmas, a surprise parcel for our furbabies with a little something for us too. We highly recommend them to all.

I purchased a Kong Wubba Comet from Petworkz on the 27 of December 22 and received it on the 13th of January 23. I don't believe it was Petwork's fault as they dispatched and got together the order very quickly but the PBT couriers were at fault here. For some unknown reason some couriers seem to find it hard to find my place if they chose to look up Google maps and look up the street view they would actually find at quite easily this is not the first time I've had problems with courier drivers before.I contacted Petworkz and they followed up very promptly. A few days later I still did not receive the order contacted pet works again they followed up promptly with PBT couriers and then on the 13th of January I got my order delivered by one of the PBT couriers staff. My last order I picked up directly from Petworkz.When I do another order I will pick it up in future, they are not too far out to go to and my car gets an out of town run and I may even give the dogs a car ride out also. I found the staff very friendly and quite professional.

Hello. Have purchased from Angela a few times, infrequently. Without going into too much detail exceptionally rude and really weak on looking after people. I've got to say, I wouldn't recommend or buy from you ever again I'm sorry. Best avoid this person.Regards

I was extremely pleased with my purchases from Petworkz, The staff member on the phone was really helpful when I rang to get help with my online order they explained very easily what to do.Website is very accurate to sizing for dog beds and very true to photo.I emailed the next morning before 8am they replied back before 9am to say my order was ready very quick response and excellent customer service considering most shops do not open till 9am.When I arrived both staff members were very polite and helpful one staff member carried items to the car for me. Thank you to the Petworkz team I have 3 very happy doggy's with their new beds.

I'm unsure as to why some people have had issues with this store and the people running it??? Perhaps they weren't in the right space to reasonably work with Petworkz during a somewhat difficult time (Covid-19 times).I have had nothing but the best experience working with Petworkz to resolve a delivery issue. They have consistently communicated effectively and have been accommodating and flexible. I could have purchased from any number of stores in Auckland but have found their prices extremely reasonable and the staff an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have already recommended my friends purchase from Petworkz to get their puppy supplies.I can't recommend them enough!
