Professional and outstanding customer service they have gone beyond to help my daughters and my car after an accident, especially Keith. My insurance company Vero send me drop off my car for repairs. They are very trusted qualified repair place for electrical car Tesla.They’ve done very good job to repair my car earlier than expected date. Also they cleaned n washed inside and outside my car.I’m so satisfied with the repair work they’ve done.Highly recommended and by the way, all the staff are very helpful and kind.

Incredibly happy with Holgate Albany. They are professional and friendly and happy to go above and beyond. The repairs to my car has been beautifully done. Highly recommend. Bonus points as my car was even cleaned! Amazing service :o)

These guys are amazing! My insurance company send me to them for repairs after an unfortunate incident and they did a great job fixing my car. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. They even took a look at another problem that was not caused by the incident and provided me with a solution. On top of that, I noticed that my car had been cleaned inside out when I picked it up. Would definitely recommend them!

Really great service. Staff were friendly and never had to wait long to be attended to. It was my first time making an insurance claim and they were really helpful with getting the process going and knowing what to do on their end. I had some dents repaired and it turned out good as new. It only took around one month for the whole claim process, and one week to repair the car - very reasonable turnaround in my opinion as the repairs were non-urgent. Loved the fact that they cleaned the car too - that was an unexpected extra that made my day. Definitely my go-to if I ever need a panel beater again.

They took so long to get my car repaired. For almost 3 months. And I think the receptionist needs more kind. However the result was not bad.

The people at holgate were so pleasant to work with, genuinely such helpful and friendly staff. They did everything they could to help and my car was ready to pick up right when they said it would be. Fixed it up perfect, definitely recommend. They cleaned it for me too ;)
