Ian and the entire motel staff was wonderful and helpful for our stay. Free spa, laundry and pool was great to have.

I stayed at this motel last year for 3 weeks while my husband was in hospital. I have stayed in many motels throughout the years and this has to have been one of the best so far. The owner Ian was just amazing. The cleaning staff amazing. The rooms very clean and had everything I needed. I was upgraded to a family room to accommodate my family who were coming and going to visit my husband. This 2 bedroom unit was amazing. TV in the lounge as well as a TV in one of the bedrooms. Nice lounge space and great kitchen facilities. Beds were so comfortable. I could not have asked for better service then what I received from all people involved in running this place. Towels were replaced everyday and sheets were changed every second day. Thank you so much to Ian and staff keep up the amazing hospitality. I have since been back here 2 more times since then and will continue to go back there when ever visiting auckland.

My partner and I booked a 4 day stay in 1 of the loft cottages it was beautiful spotlessly clean all round the kitchen had everything we needed a big fridge and freezer also a small fridge, the cottage was serviced everyday.Management and cleaners are friendly and lovely.Will definitely be my go to accommodation for Auckland.Thank-you New Haven 5 star from me

New Haven Motel
I found the room clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. What i really liked was the friendly host, he was lovely and accomodating. My only gripe is the wifi/ hotspot. I found it very slow, it kept turning off and of greatest concern was the frequent popups saying it was unsecure and dangerous. So i didnt use it at all. But in saying that, i will definitely be staying again.

beautiful motel with excellent staff. one of the managers ( Ian ) went above, and beyond for us.we had a lovely unit. the spa and pool were a bonus. highly recommend this motel and we will definitely be back

The outside looks basic so don't be fooled, its actually pretty good, and big inside. The family unit is like a little cottage inside. We got seperate loft beds going up some stairs, and seperate lounge, kitchen, and bedroom. Very clean, newish, spacious. My family really enjoyed it.

Of all the motels I've stayed in over the years this is by far the absolute best. The rooms are amazing, large, clean, full equipped and very comfortable. The staff are great, super friendly and very accommodating. On one occasion one of the staff stayed behind at the office an hour after closing just so they can give me the key to my room. On another occasion I misplaced my wife's entire jewelry collection and only realized after checking out. I rushed back to find they had found it and kept it safe for me. Needless to say I was very impressed appreciative with their honesty. They have more then 8 sky channels playing so that's a massive bonus when you just wanna lay in bed. Bathrooms are fully equipped and the showers are great. Nice strong water pressure. Beds are very comfortable. The location is great. Right next to Lyndale, supermarkets and a couple of bars. Overall a great experience.

We stayed here for 3 months after we lost our home to Flooding. Ian the manager was ever so helpful and made us feel so welcome and there was nothing he wouldn't do to accommodate our needs. During lockdown this was a very stressful time for us and ALL the staff were amazing!!!!! Would recommend staying here to anyone.
