I asked John and Jenni to help with remodelling my old diamond ring, John did a great job, I cannot believe my eyes when I saw the new ring, the work is more than perfect! Jenni is really helpful, she looks after me so well. Craig is also fantastic. Thank you so much!!

My husband got me this beautiful ring for Christmas. I wanted it to match my earrings. When we went over the staff were so helpful and informative. They stayed in contact throughout and managed to create my ring in time for Christmas. I would highly recommend.

My Dad had a vision of a ring he wanted to have made to celebrate his life and surviving some major health issues. It was important to him. John, Jenni and Craig listened to his story with compassion and John created a bearing for Dad that truly embodies what Dad was feeling and had visualized. He is a gifted Jeweller. Craig was totally awesome, he made the commissioning and picking up of the ring a special celebration that we will cherish forever. He was kind, professional and very helpful. If you want any jewellery, I highly recommended John Franich Jewellers.

Excellence at work. My partner bought a very special necklace for me and it was truly beautiful. I was there with him and witnessed that lovely customer service from that kind lady. She has not only helped me to choose the right necklace, but also shown her genuine care. 4 star, only because I was promised that she will email me my bill which I haven’t got it yet (it’s been 2 weeks already) . Apart from that, it’s a place with lovely collection of diamond jewellery.

Stunning selection of jewellery. Staff went above and beyond to assist with a 21st birthday gift (and reef-knot wrapping to knock the socks off a Boy Scout!).Our new favourite Jewellers with the ‘right amount of friendly’... thanks team, we’ll be back :)
