Today around 9:53pm I went to pick up a vegetarian pizza order. I noticed one of the worker's using a knife that he used to cut a pepperoni pizza. When I asked them why they were using the same knife they were very uncooperative and rude. I am regularly customer so this kind of behavior was very suprising and unsatisfying.

Staff very indifferent. Wouldn't even come to counter when called in a very loud voice. Pizza was ready for 10 min and they made no effort to call me over to colle t it. I had to go and ask for it. It was not very hot after sitting for so long.

Ordered online and was told my order will be coming at 4:30, was charged instantly. 2 hours later, Order didn't arrived. Tried to phone the branch in which i ordered yet no one was answering, tried to text and email but no one ever replied or updated. couldn't go out due to isolation and they made it harder with a very small communication. Up until now I couldn't reach KAIKORAI VALLEY branch and they never updated my order, didn't received refund so I basically paid for nothing.

Ordered the cheese toastie crust on both our pizzas but only one came with it. Pizza not cut. 3/4 times they have made it with the wrong crust. The quality has dropped significantly as of late and would. Pizzas always ordered in plenty of time but usually running 5-10 minutes behind.

Order 2 pizza, one of them arrive with hair in. They have exchanged only the one have hair in, but already have no motion to eat it. I thought they gonna refund me money, like if things happen in other restaurants. But no.. I don’t think I will order again!
