Despite being a friend’s recommendation, the visit ( a few months back) turned out to be a complete waste of money and time! My feet issue were nearly dismissed until I was the one suggesting what it perhaps could be! There was absolutely no investigation and/or genuine desire to fix the problem. I was also sold expensive orthotics (and an expensive podiatrist massage) which I later found to be overpriced. (I now know this as I subsequently went to another podiatrist and heavens, what a difference in their approach and investigation!)I don’t think they are bad in their craft - my issue is with them not passing me on to another provider if they weren’t interested in my case. Telling your customer to live with it when you know that’s not the solution is abhorrent.

Simon was excellent! Yesterday expertly treated my painful corn and after wards bandaged it with some comfy foam that had me feeling like I was walking on clouds when I walked out! His bedside manner was super warm and friendly. Thanks very much Simon!

Quick diagnosis and treatment of an issue misdiagnosed by two different gp’s. Friendly and clear explanations of what was going on. Highly recommended :-)
