Arrived at store and there was spilled chips and sides on the floor. Only 3 staff working and visibly pizzas were backlogged in oven. Staff were calling out name for pizzas coming out of oven. But not checking if customers had arrived for pizzas that had been put in warmer. Took over 5 min for a Staff member to ask me and the other 4 customers what our names were. When I got home the pizzas were chewy and not enjoyable at all.I know this is a new store and clearly understaffed/undertrained. But the presentation and standards of the store, Staff and food were terrible.

Chips uncooked and pizza dough was uncooked too. Terrible experience. Will definitely not be back.

Horrible service and food. Ordered a vege trio pizza and it was horrendous. the pizza was dry and had no flavour whatsoever. Was basically just bread and the tiniest amount of veges... no cheese to be found or tomato paste. The service was horrible too.

Very clean in customer area and turn over quick with minimal waiting time.Seats for those waiting could be a good idea (just a few stools along the window line would be ok.Plenty of carparking outside shop and on street

Just picked up lunch from this outfit today. Pizza and garlic bread were fresh and delicious. Good amount of toppings and flavour on pizza.Recommend as a tasty takeaway option.

This branch is horrific. I ordered food and i got the priority delivery. They were over the time frame for that one by 20mins. BUT what they did is turned it off prior to it finishing (This was said by the store manager when i called the day after). So on my end it said it will be here and then it just stopped so i thought they cancelled my order as i did pay upon delivery. So i had to order food from somewhere else. The worst of it is the order arrived after ordered other food and i still had to pay after the poor communication. (i only paid because i felt so bad for the poor delivery lady and i did not want to have a good at her as it is not her fault) I get that sometimes things happen and you can't control it, but the experience i have had with this branch on different occasions has really turned me away from this. The branch has so much potential but not with this type of management.

Second time they forgot toppings on our pizzas. All you get is a ‚sorry we are busy at the moment we’ll give you a credit for next time‘ which doesn’t happen.Pizza arrived cold, only 5 prawns on the whole pizza, barely any cheese an none of the extra topping I paid for.Last time there were no olives on the Godfather pizza and almost no pepperoni on the Pepperoni pizza.Seriously the worst Dominos in town!!
