No help at all. Thinking the other reviews are family and friends. Have a reputation in town for not delivering and lack lustre service. 1 Star for not even trying.EDIT IN RESPONCE TO OWNERS RESPONCE.Thank you for reply almost 5 months later & actually my expectations were not that high at all it's just that your service was so low. Yes I did contact your store for help with the problem twice and was met with no call back or follow up of any kind at all. You may also be interested to know that I did call into your store in person & tried to discuss the issue and was told I would get a call back from the manager but I am still waiting. I would not have put on a review if you had made even a small attempt to rectify this matter or even communicate with me.

Needed a replacement oven urgently, Anita sorted it out for me the same day. Brilliant service, totally recommend
