If I could give a minus I would. Absolutely rip off and never fixed the problem I went in for which was my car making an unusual noise under the front drivers side. Will never go back or recommend, felt as if they fully took advantage of the fact I was female.

WOW WOW WOW service friendly and yes my WOF failed but the follow up was 100%. Trusted auto. I'm from Lyttelton and have found my new mechanic. Great coffe and yes the office was very helpful and kind to fit me in.

took my car for a wof and got failed on about 20 things, they asked if i wanted them repaired on site and i said no, i proceeded to take it to vtnz for a wof and got a clean sheet nothing wrong with it. money hungry crew trying to take you for all they can get. be aware

Office lady's were welcoming and easy to deal with. Failed my WOF, knew I would. They happily gave me a quote for parts and technicians fee. Price was $30 under which is always nice. Thanks team.
