Super friendly staff, clean and eco friendly cars , pricing was extremely reasonable, highly recommended.We hired a car for a 2 day stay and the experience was awesome. And easy the easy booking system was a bonus.

WORST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE !!They forced me to change my reservation times because it was closed, although when I picked up and dropped off the vehicle it was closed. I had to go to a car park that took care of their vehicle in their absence. (thank you for warning!) The vehicle they rented to me was defective, the battery was not working well. The employee who was to provide me with the vehicle clicked on the remote control of the car to find it in the park but as the battery of the vehicle did not work well we had to go around the park 3 or 4 times before finding it. The next day the vehicle wouldn't start, I had to call a repairman who was billed to me, so it's the agency's fault if the vehicle had a battery problem! Moreover, after they overcharged me full of totally abusive and false things, it's fraud!! When I called them back to understand why they overcharged me, he didn't even try to understand and hung up on me.TO FLEE URGENTLY!!

We received friendly, efficient service from a smiling and helpful staff member. The vehicle was as requested and very fuel efficient. The hybrid ran beautifully and was priced within our means. I would recommend the service to all.

Really great service! Assisted me with several calls when we were on the road and made me a lovely cup of tea when we arrived to drop off the car after a long (and very rainy) day! Drop off to the airport was prompt. Really lovely lady on reception (I’m so sorry I didn’t ask your name) who was extremely helpful. Thank you for making our trip great!

we where looking for a reasonable travel accommodation for our travels throughout the south island of NZ. A good alternative to the major rental car companies. In the post-COVID era, renting cars has become really expensive so the alternative car companies are worth a look. The cars are older but well maintained and its not too much of a hassle that the company isn't located at the airport (there is a shuttle).

Fantastic car rental. Great Subaru station wagon for the family. They picked us up from the airport and took and dropped us off in our rental car at the airport (super convenient).
