Price to be updated to make it clear.I have ordered a caramel espresso frappe today which should be $7.5 as shown on the menu board. However, I was charged $8.5. And the staff said because it needs to have espresso shot to make it. And expressing shot cost $1 extra. It doesn’t make sense to me. The menu shows all frappes are $7.5. If you need to charge $1 extra. Please state clear on the board.However, after I talked to the staff, I got my $1 back. I know this cafe owner is reading comments here. Please update the menu accordingly. Thanks.

The coffee wasn’t upto the mark. Coffee shot was burnt and the milk was burning hot. Poor service for the person who was running food to the tables. No cutlery given with the food and had to ask for one. No smiles on the face when was been served at the till too.Will never recommend it to anyone

This mōrena, I visited #robertharriscoastlands for breakfast.Was quite busy for early mōrena,with a ka pai mixture having breakfast or just an early morning kāwhe.Service was excellent, ka pai choice of indoor & outdoor seating. Kāwhe and smoothie arrived in a timely manner and were followed by some scrumptious kai.Wasn't long before the plate was empty. Went for the coffee and slice $10 deal. Was a bit disappointed when my slice came as it was half a slice. Better off not taking the deal and for near same price get the whole slice.

I had a toasted sandwich spinach cheese and onion only ones they had left. I don't think you could have put any less in this. It was basically toast. I know times are tough but 9.50 would have been fine if it had a good filling.

Service and coffee were great. Food was a bit meh. Not many other people had ordered off the menu, so should have taken that as a sign.

Another Robert Harris franchise cafe, this one at Coastlands Shopping Centre. Coffee is good as are apple/orange fruit drinks and free water. Cabinet food is excellent, but portions are small and expensive at $9.00 per serving (other similar cafes in region are $7 to $8per slice for similar fare. Pre-made ready to heat cheese and ham toasted samwhiches are also $9 each. If cost isn't an issue this cafe has a nice ambience and helpful staff
