A great company to deal with. Every question and issue is met with a reliable, affordable response. A completely trustworthy company that actually helps you solve any I.T problem. Also, their supply of product is always spot on.

ITops had been our IT provider for 3-4 years. The entire time they were constantly wanting to upgrade everything. Never interested in fixing anything, only ever wanting to upgrade at our cost.Once finally having enough and pulling the pin, we request our passwords so our new provider can carry out our work. Josh the Owner/Director holds us ransom by demanding we pay for his time in advance to retrieve our passwords from his database. We had NEVER late paid any invoice prior to this. Reluctantly we pay Josh's ransom to then be told we are now at the back of the queue and our passwords will be returned in 5-7 working days!I would not recommend using iTops at all. Their staff are good to deal with, but Josh the owner is nothing but a shark. Beware!!

iTops. What a fantastic experience I had. I needed assistance with what I thought was a complex issue and in the space of 15 minutes, my problem was solved. Not only was I met with professional service, but friendly and a laughable interaction. Thanks iTops!
