The staff are clingy and rude! you can never shop in peace because one of them will always be right up in your personal space trying to sell you things you don’t need. I only go there because I NEED to (it’s the only boutique available). please do better Dior team we absolutely love your products.

First of all, I love Dior and support their crafts, customer service style and ethics in business. Went to Dior's boutique on Queen st many times and have always been treated well.I went to Dior's makeup and perfume boutique today in Commercial bay, and I was super disappointed. A Chinese speaking SA firat greeted me in Chinese. And please, for the love of god, don't ever greet your customer in Chinese because they're Asian, you're just being racist by stereotyping, especially in a Dior's boutique. (I have never been greeted in chinese at the other boutique)Then this SA followed me around very closely, and this boutique is not big, you will feel like you're being watched by a police. And she also has a very straight tone that is almost rude, like she's saying all the sentences with an exclamation mark. I enquired about a Dior lipstick case. And she repeated soo so so many times that: It's always sold out. Can't promise you anything. Wait list is very long. Can't promise you anything". Well

Really beautiful store!!!! Amazing service. Definitely world class. I am so glad that MCD is finally available in NZ.

I am a bit surprised by the bad reviews about this store. I went in and got really nice service by Irish. She spent a lot of time explaining all the la collection privée. The reason I bought it really because of her. Monica also super nice and helpful the second time I visited.I will go back there and buy more product!
