Was told upon ordering to come back in 40 minutes which we did and had to wait a further 1.5 hours. Not sure why we stood outside on a cold night waiting, the burgers were soggy and the chips cold. Won't be going back here again, I cook a better burger at home

Crafted have catered a few events for us now and we always recieve rav reviews on the food. Today's meeting was no different and everyone was very happy: the rice paper rolls were delicious and the slice with the berry topping is just beautiful!

We used Crafted and Co for a big milestone birthday at our home. They were excellent to deal with beforehand and very professional at the event. Everything went extremely smoothly on the day, and the food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend them!

Tahiti burger was delicious and the girls serving were friendly and my order was ready quickly. Definitely go back again.

I have always gone to crafted and co. When they are at the memorial park at palmy. I order online. I like them. Since it’s a small business bear in mind that the expected time is generally not correct they have your order ready slightly late 10 or 15 minutes late. The food is fresh. The chips portion is very big i always regret getting two as one is plenty. The hot food is nice when you eat it fresh. It’s not something you can reheat, the nuggets get hard when you reheat them because it’s made with actual chicken not like Burger King. I like the donuts the best.

How is this place not rated any higher? Burgers here are excellent and their desserts were delicious!

We had The Crafted & Co to cater our wedding up in the Hawkes Bay. The did an absolutely phenomenal job, with a delicious dinner menu and canape's that catered to all diets and tastes.Our guests absolutely loved the food and couldn't get enough - especially the Bao Buns.We'll definitely be calling in next time we're in Palmy on a Friday.

Great food, poor service!Third time issue ordering online and then arriving for pick up and they ran out of supplies (Plus waiting time of 40 min before you can pick up)I planned eating a burger with GF bun and fries. Received: a burger patty wrapped in lettuce and no fries.The truck lady gave replacements such as free donuts and more chicken. The point is none of that is what I wanted or could eat.Don't take me wrong. You got a great product! But as this is the third time I don't get my order complete so I won't be coming back.Update: I did come back after a year, their burgers are just that good. They have improved customer service in terms of serving what you paid for. Also really kind and nice staff so I've changed my rating to acknowledge your wonderful effort. I would like them to be available more consistently in the Palmy area.
