I had the most AMAZING experience and service at PAUA ! I have been to a few well known hairdressers in town and I always left feeling like I didn't get what I asked for. Rachel listened to what I needed and I walked out getting exactly what I wanted and I will only use PAUA in the future! Def a 5 star business and highly recommended

So thrilled I found Paua, I was new to town and looking for a big change (long natural brunette to pixie blonde). I've never had blonde hair before but Rach is so easy to trust, she's super skilled, confident, real and has the biggest heart too which made me feel really comfortable. Most of all we had so much fun and laughed a lot throughout the appointment and you can see how much she values each of her clients.The results of the cut and colour are amaaaazing, beautiful and so cool, absolutely love my hair now and can't wait to go back. Went in for a colour correction and left totally grateful. Color correction was made to look effortless. Rachel is awesome and I highly recommend her skills and delivery!

Geez, you can't miss going to Rachel. I was a last minute booking just visiting and she aimed to please. Rachel makes you feel so welcome and relaxed, knows all about hair and mine turned out fantastic. I just gave her the go ahead to do what she thought was best and trusted my instincts about her.
