We bought a bottle from Briscoes and put our home grown lemon juice in it. After a week we went home the bottle was broken without any reason we lost our lemon juice. Kitchen floor colour was impacted. The store manager just refund our money no apologies was given. Very bad experience with quality and manager's behaviour.

Ordered a bunch online on 29 December - it said “in stock pick up tomorrow” on the 10th January I’m still waiting for stock! So angry. Absolutely no point in ordering online when the website just blatantly lies and nobody actually apologises. Also got an alert to say I’ve picked up my order when I haven’t. Feel sorry for the customer service team with all the irate calls they must get.

My favorite shop in Glenfiled Mall. Multiple options for Homeware. Unfortunately today got very bad experience with Staff called Daniel, easy to got angry and felt impatient. I am going to shopping with racial discrimination. Different face is fine, even no smile. But please be professional.
