Ordered a gift for a work colleague. Not only did I order last minute, I forgot to write a little note to go with it.Once I realised my mistake, I called and they were super helpful and lovely. I emailed my message through and got a response efficiently. Then to add icing to the cake, the gift basket was delivered before close of business. My colleague was stoaked and I saved face. Highly recommend. I will definitely use your service again and recommend to others!And that courier company you use, top notch as well.Thank you My Goodness Team.

One of the best places to buy gift hampers. I ordered a baby gift hamper from them for same day delivery, despite delivering the wrong hamper when contacted they responded immediately and sent me the one I ordered before 5pm and they let me keep the other one too. The gifts were packed beautifully and excellent service.

I live overseas, so it was important to get a nice gift for my mother, and My Goodness was I think a superb choice! She loved the gift, and it was packaged so well it actually looks twice as nice as the pictures on the site. And even though I got the address wrong, they contacted her and delivered to the correct address. For future gifts, I think I'll only use My Goodness Gift Baskets from now on :) Thank you!

Absolutely disgraceful business , I ordered a xmas gift to be delivered on the 23 of December, I did the order on the 21 November as I was expecting to have more treatment and had to cancel my trip to family for xmas. They never did the delivery and never sent me the tracking numbers.Will never use this company again DISGRACEFUL .

Ordered and paid for gift hamper on the 30th Jan 23. It has not been deivered. Rang no-one is answering call. Left 2 messages and no reply. Their voice mailbox is now full and I cannot leave any further messages.

Coincidentally, I received my parcel on the same courier as one my sister sent me for Christmas. Apart from my initial bewilderment to get two parcels I was really pleased. Seems I and my sister have the same good taste in a really good gift company. So I can't recommend My Goodness more highly.

AS FAR AS MYGOODNESS GOES, GREAT SERVICE, PITY THE DELIVERY PEOPLE ON WAIHIKI ISLAND DIDNT DELIVER ON THE DAY REQUESTED (AGAIN) WHEN I KNEW SOMEBODY WOULD BE AT HOME, FORTUNEATLY THERE WAS ON THIS OCCATION,I SEE LITTLE POINT IN REQUESTING A DELIVERY DATE IF ITSIGNORED.
