Byrin took my idea and rough sketch and helped make my tiny home a reality. Every step of the way he was there to guide me with his invaluable advice and experience. From putting piles in the ground, building the subfloor, erecting the steel framing to hanging the Gibb and going above and beyond with the all finishing touches - Bryin's ability knows no bounds, a skillful craftsman and talented builder, polite, friendly and one of the hardest workers I've ever seen. Skill Built will get it done to the highest of standards.

We have just moved into our new home built by the team at Skill Built and it is everything we hoped for. From the design to problem solving and finishing this build to a high standard of workmanship is beyond anything I have experienced. I can’t speak highly enough of the team and subcontractors who went out of their way to accommodate our needs and wants. Byrin was a very straightforward with any delays due to supply issues and crated our beautiful, flawless home!

Byrin from Skill Built renovated my bathroom earlier this year.I found him friendly, professional & reliable.He worked around my work hours & anxious dog.He was efficient & kept a very tidy work area.He went out of his way to leave the bathroom in a usable state, while repairs were being made.I'm very pleased with the end result.I would definitely recommend him.Tracey from Tawa.
