Excellent service from the very reasonable quote received promptly from Donna, to the super efficient install from Kerry at home. A smooth and seamless operation. And just today installed the tow ball for my bike rack at no extra charge. Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing. Top class customer service, Donna looked after me from the moment I walked in the door. Took car in yesterday for a towbar fitting, said would take a couple of hours. Gave me an office to work in while i waited. Very happy with the new towbar. have recommended to friends to go there.

Super pleased I made the 2.5hr trip to wellington to get my towabar done at Towbar Express. A completely stress free, fast process and very affordable. $300 less than I was quoted locally. Lovely staff. Thanks guys.

Wow. Talk about amazing customer service. Received a call at 8am saying that they had the part in stock. Dripped my vehicle off at at 8:30, got given a loan car (unexpectedly, but greatly appreciated) and thr job was completed by 10am. 5 very well deserved stars.

I had a part fail from a towbar installation 18 months ago. That was with a different Towbar Express branch. The Lower Hutt team were amazing. I was expecting some haggling over warranty, but no, I got “Yup, that’s broken. Fully warranty. I can fix it now if you’d like to wait 15 minutes?”. Outstanding service.

Amazing. Just had a towbar installed on my car within an hour with their mobile service. It was really easy to order - and the staff were amazing. I felt the price that I paid was really reasonable, and it was no problem to drive over an hour to me to install it. Fantastic - would recommend to anyone.
