Excellent service! They kept me informed the entire time, they were efficient, and they went the extra mile to fix my computer. I am very grateful for their efforts!

Paid $50 to have a screen protector removed for no reason and to wait two days to find out that the repair was non warrantable even though they probably already knew this when I dropped the device off.I received no notification that my phone was ready to be picked up. After two days I went back to the store to find that they had let me know my phone was ready via text - except they had sent the texts to the phone they were repairing! Genius.When I finally got my phone back and had already had a taster of their disappointing service, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that they had used all my data and credit. Maybe it’s time they invested in some wifi.Next time I’ll just fix it myself.

Their business name exemplifies my experience with the service I received. They went that extra mile" should be "they went over the horizon" to ensure my MBPro was repaired in time to allow me to meet flight bookings. Communication was excellent ! If you are a Mac owner

Service was done very fast as requested at no additional cost. The staff member I talked to was very friendly. My device was out of apple warranty but still under consumer guarantee act. I didn't even need to mention it as he told me my repair would be done for free as the device is under 2 years. Battery is back to full health! Would come back here again from the service I received

Good quick service. I have given 4/5 as they didn’t call me to let me know my phone was ready for collection. Their website says they open at 8:30 but when I got there at 8:30 the sign on the door said 9:00. A bit annoying. Other than that no problems. Friendly staff did a good job.

Generally good with warranty knowledge and Apple products but I’ve haven’t needed any repairs for any of my Apple devices. I’d shop around for any future repairs on my Dell XPS notebook. Took it in as it was due for a battery replacement (no surprise given it just past warranty and the expected battery lifespan). Had to wait months for battery to arrive - to be fair, they were waiting on Dell. Fair enough. Finally, got an update on battery arrival. Not long after get a call requesting password to unlock my computer “to complete battery install. Otherwise, my computer was ready”. Didn’t get any updates between then and picking up my computer - why would I need any, right? The new battery’s installed. Go in to pay for repair and pick it up. Was told “everything was lost” but they managed to recover the OS from BIOS. No further explanation as to why they had just lost everything on my hard drive. “We don’t know why”. I’m not mad about losing everything I had on my computer. That’s what back ups are for. I’m upset that they gave me zero explanation for it.

Excellent service, replaced my MacBook screen within 2 days (including time for parts to arrive)! If you need Apple, or any other repairs - go here. Looks like they did an excellent repair, as it looks like new.

Absolutely brilliant! Got my Macbook fixed, they were extremely helpful and I was kept updated as the repairs progressed. Tommy knew exactly what he was doing and I'm so appreciative - went above and beyond, even fixing a small issue with my screen! Thank you for all that you've done. :)
