Good place to have on your weekly or fortnightly fruit and vege supplies. Staff are friendly and prices. Some very good specials to be had.

Poor quality veges and fruits with staff more concerned with closing the store half an hour early and chatting about their personal lives than providing any kind of customer service. My elderly father asked for a bag for some loose radishes, as the rolls had not been restocked, and with 3 staff standing chatting doing nothing stated rudely, find a roll of bags, which we only found outside the store. Extremely disappointing service, don't waste your time and money here.

Around the corner at Vegeland, the staff are so friendly and helpful and offer to help if I have my baby, at Veges Direct today, the cashier accused me of going to steal a basket because I asked if I could use it to go the car as I had my baby in one arm and couldn’t carry a box and my baby. Argued with me about people stealing baskets even though I assured her I definitely didn’t want her basket. I’m sure there are people who take baskets but let’s not treat all customers like criminals, especially if they are just quickly trying to juggle shopping and babies.

Disappointed, came in yesterday to get some fruit. Blueberries covered in mould meanwhile the mould covered Blueberries being put aside by customers, an employee then grabbing them and stacking them again nicely. Clearly they were put aside for a reason. Always been big on checking because I've had problems with mould covered fruit and vegetables from here. It's obvious what the problem is, just restocking the selves with the discarded mold covered fruit and vegetables instead of putting them aside.

Produce was very horrendous, mould all over the Brussel sprouts. The produce doesn’t look fresh at all. Would not recommend!
