Staff at the deli are extremely rude. Refused to provide take away fork for my salad, then when I explained that I won't take it as I don't have anything to eat it with and will buy a sandwich, all of a sudden a take away fork appears. She then proceeds to tell me that there won't be any forks available for future as it costs the store too much. Such a surprise as I always buy my lunches from NewWorld when I travel for work and have never had an issue until today

Very sour woman at the deli this morning. Providing a fork with a salad purchased from you shouldn’t be such a monumentous inconvenience.It’s the Field Days with an influx of customers, being angry and surprised because you are unprepared is just bad service. People pop in for food and need something to eat it.

Busy place in the lead-up to Christmas. Stock is selling out fast. No bags of miniature chocolate Santa left. There is a problem right now with bread distribution. Prices are fluctuating due to demand.The staff are friendly and experienced. The parking is great. I saw interesting one-off, reasonably-priced gift-food products. Shopping at New World is a pleasant experience

Thanks to Feilding New world for their great service. Did my grocery shopping online this week following hip replacement surgery three weeks ago. Everything beautifully packed, delivered by a lovely man who put all of the bags on the kitchen bench. You make my life so much easier

I was impressed by the delicious eclairs I bought here. The cream was smooth and not too sweet and matched the crispy puff pastry. It is complemented by the chocolate coating. I would go back just to buy these wonderful eclairs.
