Purchased an exercise bike. Great price on special. Staff (Stacie) went above and beyond to help fix an issue with the bike. Very happy with service and product. :)

Decent products and prices are ok, but there's absolutely no service. We wanted a bike but wanted a bit of advice, couldn't get any help. We went to a bike shop and purchased the same thing that day.

Had to return my bike purchased from the porirua store for a small issue, Todd and his team looked at it and and promptly got it fixed under warranty and gave the rest of the bike a tune up. Great knowledgeable team, friendly service. Good selection of bikes and product in store.Highly recommended.

still waiting for shipping of a product that I ordered from store 9days ago, shipping keep getting delayed(even though its same city shipping). I would have hired a van myself, if I knew it will take almost 2 weeks for shipment to arrive.Pick the stuff yourself if you need something urgently folks!!

It's a bunch of kids running this store with no idea what they're doing or selling. I felt like I had to tell them how to do their jobs but even then they couldn't. The in-store selection was missing a lot of things but don't expect them to be able to get anything in. They didn't seem to know what a store transfer is or how to order stock consider how the shelves where.

Every time we have been there the staff are so unhelpful. It’s like they don’t like their job or working with people - why do it if you don’t like it?The most recent time I was at the Porirua store was to order an item from another store because they didn’t have my size in the Porirua store. We picked up the item today and they ordered the wrong size - they ordered the size that they had in store not the size that I needed. It took them 20 minutes to order the size at the counter and they even ordered the wrong one! Stuff at Torpedo7 is not cheap - I would honestly recommend going elsewhere. Definitely worth spending more on petrol and driving to one of their other stores.

Had a really great experience today buying a set of dumbbells which was not on display. The member of staff who helped me was awesome, found the set for me in the back and wheeled it out on a cart (because I can't lift it yet :D). Thanks!

I have found the sales staff approachable, helpful, and keen to do a good job. I have had some issues with using discount codes though. If using a discount code ALWAYS remember to take a screenshot.I recently used one in June 2023 to check prices, then went in the next day to check the sizing was right before I purchased. When I went to pay the discount code was not showing the same size of discount. I can't prove it because I didn't take a screenshot, but I am sure it was different (and markedly so).

I've been waiting for 2 weeks for a bike to arrive and kept calling to ask where it was. I decided to go in store and found the bike was in stock and on display. My bike had also been assembled out back, but no one bothered to check. Poor service!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Horrible, lying company that clearly think it's easy to take people for a ride. Recommend that no one engage with this shoddy company.Sold us a treadmill which turned up nearly two weeks after they said it would, packaged in ripped cardboard and no bubble wrap. It was completely broken due to not being packaged properly so it was unusable. I also ordered mats at the same time, these were supposed to be in the same package as the treadmill according to the package receipt, but they were not.When I reached out and told them this was completely unacceptable, they told me that the store manager said he had posted fragile stickers all over it and that the mats were in the package. I sent back photo evidence that there was no mats nor any fragile stickers on the package and now they're trying to give me a refund rather than fix or replace what I bought.
