Trying to add a new employee to Smartly should be quick and easy but despite emailing through all the information the new employee was not added and smartly won’t allow me to add them. So meanwhile the staff member can’t receive pay because the people at Smartly make it too difficult to add them and don’t seem interested in getting hold of me to sort it out! Tried doing it over the phone but they said they can’t so clearly useless all round!

I have been with Smartly a very long time when it used to be Smartpayroll.The customer service is just amazing nothing is too much trouble they are friendly and very knowledgeable.Would highly recommend them.

It`s simple to use and fast. Reports are accurate and really helpful. We transfer all our HR data into Smartly and now everything is in one place. All our employees downloaded the app and leave requests and approvals were never easier.

Have been using Smartly for a few years and love the peace of mind it gives us. Takes the headache and stress out of payroll. We can trust that legislation changes, public holidays, termination pays are being calculated/accounted for correctly and the support is fantastic if we have any queries. Wouldn't be without it, definitely class this as an essential business tool!
