I sent Irrigation Express a hand drawn plan of my section and my (basic) thoughts on an irrigation setup. They provided useful advice and helped me find the most appropriate fittings for my system. Very fast delivery. Overall, a good experience and I will keep buying from them.

My experience with this company was average at best. Provided my details on a call for an irrigation solution and was promised a call back within a week and a half (Details given around the expected scope). Called two weeks later as hadn't heard anything only to be told we needed to start from scratch as no information had been passed on. Not only that I was told don't expect anything done in the next three weeks. If you just want to buy a product off them maybe consider, however if you want a service steer clear.

I bought some pop up sprinklers from them which are great. Just a bit annoyed the $1.35 key to actually use them wasn't included especially when shipping for the key is $13.50. You would like to think something as fundamental the key would be included with the sprinklers. I had no idea I needed a key to operate the sprinklers. Anyway I obviously bought it but I think it should be something the company should consider in the future, to include the key. It is something so trivial I know but just leaves me feeling a bit annoyed. Which is not good business.

Very happy with the customer service. I've sent through a sketch of my house and it took them less than a week to get back to me with a plan and a quote etc... Tim was my guy helped me all the way through. Definitely stoked with the products and result. Can't recommend these guys enough. Would definitely be using them from now on.
