The food was good. The floors right through was extremely slippery even in the bathrooms. I asked for extra salt and they said its against the policy to give extra salt, all other kfc and other take away places always gives extra salt.

The food was not dry or undercooked but multiple times we have received our food with missing items and the wrong items. Thoe overall atmosphere and placement of the store is hard to access and using the drive through is quite hard considering the placement.

Who ever was on drive-thru tonight needs his ears checked asked for 2 simple burgers and got two completely separate items than what i asked for, not to mention the customer service was appalling if you could even call it that ive been going to this kfc for years and they have had a few slip ups in the past when things get busy (understandable) but tonight was not one of those nights it was just a normal 3 cars in the drive-thru was in and out in 15min pick up your game westgate you've been better

Customer service could be better. It wasn't busy in store but they took 25minutes to get food out, I think the drive thru might have been quicker. The short lady worker proceeded to serve other customers and hadn't finished giving our drinks and got to flustered, mixed up our food order also. I suggest just serve one person at a time lady to save more stuff ups and ask for help from your work colleagues

We went through the drive through. Word to the wise, check your order is complete before you leave. Got half way back to Waimauku and no coleslaw. The burgers werent flash and I don't think we will visit again anytime soon.They also need to get the humungous pot hole fixed in the driveway.

Placed order with first order lady who nice was told to get drink from 2nd window, greeted rudely, got a small chips and a large chips which was the same size/filled to the same as the small, waited for our drink, asked why we are waiting, told her, said no coke then gave us our drink with no straw, asked us again why we are waiting, asked her for straw, gave it to us with the worse attitude, no extra seasoning as requested, this place has definitely gone down hill, was the best out west once upon a time.

Absolute waste of money, ordered 2 zingers burgers with supercharged sauce for delivery and it looks like they didn't even glance at my order. I don't know what burger I got but it was just mayo with the smallest amount of lettuce and a chicken patty. And don't even think about calling them to try and get it sorted because no matter how many times you call they don't pick up. I never write bad reviews but this is some of the worst customer service I've experienced in my life, will never be ordering from here again.
