The Dog Groomer Timaru

Absolutely disgusting, I didn’t read the review’s first and I wish I had. Not only is this place filthy my dogs groom was a hack job, please do not take your dog here, it is exactly what the other reviews say.

Hands down best dog groomer I’ve ever had! Both my dogs loved him! He was always kind, gentle and super professional! Very knowledgeable man and one at the top of his industry. Many of these posts are from ignorant and spiteful dog owners who have badly behaved animals and blame it on other peoples…. You know the type… no accountability. Great guy and fantastic Groomer! I highly recommend him!

Looking at this guys replies to reviews just outright blaming the customers is a bad way to do business. Take some responsibility & listen to people! My Nanas dog was let out of your shop and got run over and killed on the high way. I’d like to see you argue this one.

I’ve heard horrible stories from my friends of their dogs needing surgeries due to injuries, ptsd, being handled roughly, swollen glands, and even being put down unfortunately. I feel like the public needs to know this before considering the risk your putting your dog in taking them here..

Absolutely disgusting place, never ever take your precious animals here, after a rather terrible experience of my dog getting abused here I talked to some people, this guy has cut off dogs eyelids and tails. The amount of animal deaths that he has cause is unbelievable. I hope you know you can delete my comments as much as you like but I will be taking further action against this business.

Wouldn’t let me put up a reply so am doing another one so yesterday my dogs tail was pulled and paw was squeeze during a service had seen the groomer blame me for my dog not being trained? If you were un able to do her nails then you just stop you don’t need to abuse someone's dog, you were the one who put her choker chain on her lead after I had her collar attached just because a dog doesn't like there nails done does not mean they need to be trained? You have honestly traumatised my dog and after speaking to multiple different people I have been told you have cut a dogs eyelid and it had to be put down along with multiple other dogs after you abusing them. Another friend told me some how during you cutting her dogs nails you cut the back of the dogs neck actual disgusting and makes me so a very angry that you are even aloud around any pets! Definitely do not take your pets here!

Our dog Daisy looks great after her trim. She is happy and calm going to the groomers so we feel she is well looked after.

Best groom my boy has had, and they were very accommodating when my schedule changed. Will definitely use again!

My daughters LAB X is traumatised after her basic nail cut at this groomers yesterday, to the point that she won’t even let us brush her now. My only recommendation here is take you beloved fur babies elsewhere!

I struggle to understand how this business is operating, and how the OWNER gets away with what he does to these hopeless animals. Sad excuse of a human. Take your furry family literally ANYWHERE else other then here.
