He saved me on a Sunday night when I had a plumbing problem.Firstly, Billy was incredibly professional from the moment he arrived at my home. He greeted me with a friendly smile and was very respectful of my property. He took the time to carefully assess the plumbing issue I was having and provided me with a clear explanation of what needed to be done.Throughout the entire job, Billy demonstrated an exceptional level of skill and expertise. He was able to quickly and efficiently resolve the plumbing issue, and even went above and beyond to ensure that everything was working perfectly before he left.In addition to his impressive technical skills, Billy's customer service was top-notch. He was patient, attentive, and answered all of my questions with a smile. Billy came to my house to investigate a leak under my house and promptly found what the problem was and fixed it on the spot. I have booked him in to change my water filters and replace a tap. Would highly recommend!
